Class Overview

All of my classes are designed to ensure you get the best workout for you. Each exercise is broken into stages of complexity and I ensure each individual is comfortable and safe with the stage they are on before moving to the next.

If you are completely new to Pilates I recommend that you take part in a 1:1 session, before joining a group class, to help you gain a basic knowledge of the exercises we do in class.

You need to enrol in advance to join a class, your fee covers you for a block of 6 weekly consecutive hourly classes. If however, you miss a class I am unable to refund your money or carry it over to the next block. However, you can make up a class by attending any other of the classes that are available, at any time providing there are spaces.

Attending regular attendance to classes will enhance your posture and give you a feeling of wellbeing.
